• PhD & Master's in Management, with health-related research spanning healthcare workforce well-being, employee mobility, and workforce transitions
• Award recipient of the Michael Beverly Innovation Fellowship Grant for research on nurse well-being in the UK National Health Service (NHS)

Prof. Chai Lay Ching

• 30 years of teaching experience as a Professor of Physiology at the University of Malaya
• Holds 17 registered patents with the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia
• Received 102 innovation awards from various countries, including Malaysia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Korea, Russia, and Thailand

Prof. Kim Kah Hwi

Wellous' Biomedical Advisor & winner of over 102 innovation awards

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Technology from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM)
• Over 10 years of experience in the research and development of drugs and nutritional supplements
• Involved in various Bioavailability/Bioequivalence (BA/BE) studies
